Welcome to AREIA. By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or participating in a coaching certification program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility & Enrollment

By enrolling in any AREIA course or certification program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Enrollment grants individual, non-transferable access only. Sharing login credentials, materials, or access is prohibited.

Educational Purpose & No Guarantees

AREIA programs are educational and professional-development experiences.

We do not guarantee:

  • Business success

  • Income or employment outcomes

  • Certification approval without meeting requirements

Results depend on individual effort, application, and participation.

Certification Requirements & Discretion

Completion of a coaching certification program does not automatically guarantee certification.

Certification is awarded at the sole discretion of AREIA and may require:

  • Attendance and participation

  • Completion of coursework and assessments

  • Demonstration of ethical conduct and alignment with AREIA standards

AREIA reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification if standards are not met.

Use of AREIA Name, Materials & Methods

AREIAā€™s name, frameworks, curriculum, language, and methods are proprietary.

Unless expressly authorized in writing:

  • Certification does not grant ownership of AREIA intellectual property

  • Materials may not be reproduced, taught, licensed, or resold

  • Graduates may not represent themselves as AREIA-affiliated beyond the permissions granted

Any misuse of AREIA intellectual property may result in termination of access and certification.

Community Conduct & Ethics

Participation in AREIA communities requires respectful, ethical engagement.

We reserve the right to remove participants or revoke access and/or certificationā€”without refundā€”if behavior is deemed harmful, unethical, or misaligned with AREIAā€™s values or standards.

Payments, Access & Refund Policy

All pricing, payment plans, access periods, and refund policies are disclosed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Access is granted for the stated duration only

  • Failure to complete coursework does not qualify for a refund

Confidentiality

You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and any sensitive information shared within AREIA programs or communities.

Recording, sharing, or distributing private discussions or materials without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

AREIA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in programs, use of materials, or application of concepts taught.

All participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

Termination of Access

AREIA may suspend or terminate access to courses, certification, or communities if these Terms are violated. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AREIA operates.

Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
