Meet Your Trainer: Tara Robinson

Tara Robinson has devoted her life to understanding what makes relationships thrive—and how people can learn to love, communicate, and connect with greater compassion and clarity. Her fascination with human behavior began early; by age 10 she was keeping a journal titled “Observations of Life and Relationships,” unknowingly planting the seeds for her future book.

A natural leader even as a teenager, Tara intuitively created “talking circles” during sleepovers, using a hairbrush as the talking piece—an early echo of the restorative practices she would later master.

She went on to study at Florida State University, where she became known for her ability to listen deeply, hold space, and help others find insight. Her dorm room was affectionately referred to as “Lucy’s Booth” from the Peanuts comics where Lucy offers “Advice 10 Cents”—a sign of her early calling as a mentor and guide.

For more than 20 years, Tara has worked as a Life, Business, and Relationship Coach through her practice, Life Dynamics LLC, guiding individuals and groups through self-discovery, healing, and relational transformation. She is a:

Her work evolved even more deeply in 2016 when she joined BeEx Foundation to support teens in drug and suicide prevention. This role led her to develop the Mind Over Matters series, which grew into the AREIA Mindful Leadership Program and then into the powerful, scalable certification you see today.

Tara is known for her warmth, intuition, depth, and unshakeable belief in humanity’s potential to heal through connection. She is passionately devoted to her family, her community of women through Woman Within, and the relational world she is helping build—one conversation, one practice, one heart at a time.

AREIA's Origin Story

AREIA didn’t begin as a coaching certification program.
It began in classrooms, parent circles, women’s groups, and in relationship coaching — where people were hurting, overwhelmed, and unsure how to relate to one another.

For nearly two decades, Tara Robinson’s methods were used through HEAT (Holistically Empowering All Teens), a nonprofit funded by the BeEx Foundation, in her private Life Coaching practice, and in women’s groups.
Over the years, she has supported thousands of schools, families, couples, and teens navigating real-world stress, conflict, emotional challenges, and communication breakdowns.
